World Class WoW Raider
Exposes the Truth about
the PvE Bible –
Breaking it Down
to
Show the Real Deal!
When the word first came
down that a so called
World of Warcraft expert
had cracked the secret
code behind every raid
and instance boss in
Northrend, let’s just
say I was sceptical.
Really? All of them? And
he ran them perfectly by
himself how many times?
I’ll admit, I may have
been a bit biased in my
condemnation. I play
this game all the time
and when I heard that
someone else had pulled
off what I couldn’t, I
didn’t want to believe
it.
But after some thinking
and a good long rant
with my guild, I decided
I’d snag a few of my
fellow guildies and get
to the bottom of this
thing – figuring out
exactly what it was that
he had pulled off...or
not pulled off as the
case may be.
The PvE Bible? The Real
Deal or World Class
Scam?

Who’s This T Dub Guy?
The first thing I looked
at was the author. After
all, if you can
discredit the writer,
the rest comes tumbling
down. But, I quickly
found that what I
thought was going to be
a cakewalk was no such
thing. Tony (or T Dub as
he calls himself)
Sanders is one of the
big WoW experts on the
Internet. This guy is
prolific – his name
shows up everywhere
there is a new guide.
I’m talking about major
projects with Brad
Johnson, a Wrath guide
before launch, and the
single biggest PvP guide
anywhere.
So, before I even got
started, I was finding
it hard to debunk this
guide. After all, if a
guy like T Dub had put
it together, it must be
legit, right? That’s
what a couple of my
guild mates said, but I
decided to keep at it.
Why not be thorough when
the opportunity is
there?
Original Strategies?
So, we have a real
author with some real
WoW experience. Has he
actually been playing
these instances himself
though or are these just
rehashed strategies from
other sites? That was a
big question because
I’ve seen dozens of
these World of Warcraft
PvE guides just recycle
the old stuff. So, I did
some severe checking up.
I reviewed patch notes,
watched YouTube videos.
My guild mates and I ran
the instances with his
strategies and compared
them with our own.
Everything matched up.
This guy not only wrote
his own strategies,
they’re fantastic
strategies and they’re
all updated for the
current patch set.
The Last Test. It’s Put
Up or Shut Up Time
To finally check this
thing out, I decided to
do the most logical
thing – I contacted T
Dub Sanders himself and
just asked him what was
up with his guide. I
told him I was writing a
review and wanted to
know where he got his
strategies and whether
or not this thing was
really, truthfully
written by him and would
work for anyone to get
to the top tiers.
At first, he tried to
refuse. He didn’t want
to be getting attacked
by dozens of different
reviewers every time a
new guide came out – it
would overwhelm him.
But, I told him I was
trying to help him out
here and let people know
whether the PvE Bible
was a scam or not. He
eventually relented and
popped open one of his
characters to show me
his stash of hundreds of
Emblems of Triumph, and
every major gear set in
the game since 2005.
I was dumbfounded.
And that’s when it hit
me. This guy was the
real deal. The biggest,
and likely best raider
out there, with as much
talent and raiding
expertise as anyone I’ve
ever seen. How had we
not heard of him before?
Update: Did T Dub
Sanders pay someone to
run instances?
There has been quite a
bit of speculation that
T Dub may have just paid
a farmer somewhere to
run his characters
through instances to nab
the gear and items he
showed me.
It’s not impossible, but
I have to say – it’s
highly unlikely. It
costs upwards of $100 to
get a single small set
of gear from an
instance. The stuff T
Dub showed me
would have cost anywhere
between $10,000 and
$75,000 to have someone
farm up and then
there’s the risk of
getting banned –
something a WoW Guru
like this couldn’t take.
To put it simply, the
PvE Bible is the real
deal, T Dub Sanders is
one of the best players
I’ve ever seen and you
have to check out what
he’s done with this
character.
